ProcessDonation helps non-profit organizations (NPOs) to create custom donation pages, run email and social media campaigns, create and manage events, access various reports and protect their donor information from fraud. ProcessDonation provides donation pages from templates or in customizable formats that blend into existing websites. It also includes a secure payment portal that allows donors to set up recurring gifts.

Through email campaigns, organizations can communicate new initiatives, donor appreciations and other messages to their donor base in groups or to individual recipients. Additionally, ProcessDonation also helps NPOs communicate campaigns on Facebook and Twitter to share details of their causes.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and online FAQs.
