I love the dashboard features that give you a quick glance across the board, ease of targeting list members, and the new event functions.

TERRIBLE response from support team. Reports are flawed, have holes, there are more workarounds to make sure that the right things are included and excluded.

Great option for non-profits looking to save money but have a great program to use.

This software is customizable and has endless features to help manage all levels of operations.

I have repeatedly found that the text adds a return prior to completely filling a line. I have removed formatting, and it doesn't change this problem.

Consolidating multiple softwares into one was very nice. Also, we gained a more user friendly, useful software for managing our newsletter.

My biggest complaint (other than the alphebetical order issue) is that the person inputting the data should have more of an understanding as to the inner working and fields available in Salsa.

I like the ability to query data into custom reports of my liking or to automate tasks. I like the automatic sync to Salsa Engage.

Copying previous emails makes it very easy to create new ones. Once you learn the functions, it is simple and straight forward to create emails.

Can't log in and manage current year. No resolution of simple login problems.

The customer service is great. Problem is i was on the phone with them constantly.

Salsa is that software for us. This CRM is user friendly, looks great, super intuitive, and the seals people were really kind and patient with my five zillion questions.

Great customer service, very thorough in explaining overall product and package. Great price for all the functions needed to take our donor and volunteer management to the next level.

I have recommended DonorPro to many colleagues for its capabilities, ease of use, and reasonable cost.

Educational tools are improving but initially, we were on our own. Customer service was super helpful, and later in the process, Salsa CRM integrated a tutoring site which has also been helpful.

Pay the extra money and have someone help you unless, you don't have that many constituents. I was extremely disappointed.

I love the new update to the donor detail report. I am able to get the information I need quickly and accurately.

It was very easy to make our transition from our old CRM system to the new system. We love that Salsa CRM is affordable and it meets our needs.

The Salsa Engage product had enough functionality to fill our needs but not too much so that we felt like we were wasting money for bells and whistles we weren't going to use.

Great helpdesk, ease of integration with credit card processor, ability to merge information from database to contact information for donors.

We moved on to a more powerful database with integrated organizing and website management tools, but overall Salsa was a good program.

The CRM does not work for Canadian organisations with regard to receipting - big fail. It also doesn't automatically process direct debit donations, big fail.

I imagine/hope it's just growing pains. Also the lack of integration with Microsoft is still a down side.

Salsa was great for helping us manage our growing database.

It's better and more intuitive than the Salsa Engage platform, but plenty of improvements need to be made.

This is extremely helpful when developing relationships with our givers (who doesn't appreciate a timely response to a gift?).

Sadly because of inaction by Salsa many of the graves in the cemetery of our military heroes will have no wreath.

We only use a fraction of its power for what we do, but I am thankful that as CCinc grows, our ability to use the same software will be there since there are more functions we can explore.

I love the import and export features of ShelbyNext. It makes doing budgets and journal entries so much easier.

It's frustrating looking for an invoice that was created in December  because it lines up somewhere other than after November and there is not a sort option.

I only use this once a month to pull my department reports. It has been a little confusing understanding where I can find what I need.

It is difficult to alter or personalize reports.

That it is true accounting software, it does what a good system should do and functions fairly well.

It is relatively easy to pick up and learn all the tasks you would need to know. Having the PO Management system has been one of the most cost beneficial additions to our organization.

I love all the different features and functionalities of Shelby. The features available allow you to do a lot, which is important when working with people.

I like the user friendliness of the software overall. I like that it helps guide you in the correct accounting procedures.

We needed more time but couldn't afford more training time. It was quite a battle getting everything going and understanding how to use it.

I do like that this software is completely customizable  for your needs and the customer service in top notch.

As stated, this is just an annoyance. It would seem to me that the end user should be able to alter, or even disable, the automatic log off feature.

We truly enjoy the ease of use with this software. We enjoy that we can manage all of our accounting from one program.

It integrates smoothly with SN Membership. The Shelby support team has been great to work with and always responsive.
