Getting our account up and running and introducing it to our team was a simple process, and now they're self-sufficient in tracking their own give-back initiatives. Cons: An integration to Google Workspace's user directory would help manage user accounts without the need for a CSV, but this isn't really a problem for a smaller organization like us. It reminds me of what I have done and that matters! Cons: I dislike how difficult it can be to find the correct charity to select. The need to select a state to find a charity can be tough.
