Great tool for capturing employee engagement!

Overall experience has been great. I am happy we have a place that captures our employee volunteerism and giving.

PROS

I love how easy this software is to use. It is very user friendly and was easy to roll out to over 300 team members.

CONS

Because it is newer, there are some kinks that need to be worked out. However, the Selflessly team is very responsive and helpful in resolving the issue and making changes to the software based on customer feedback.

Great website!

Very good! It has been a great resource for our company and employees are utilizing it and letting us know about their outside volunteer events.

PROS

This website is great for tracking and offering company matches. It is user friendly to enter new users and update amounts and add impact dollars

CONS

Recording volunteer hours are great but the hours do not decrease as you enter them nor does the total match allowance. Would be nice if it tracked down as donations entered.

Selflessly Review fm HR

PROS

I like that it will have international capabilities in 2022.

CONS

There seemed to be a lot of charities missing, and we were not able to log all of our contributions for 2021, because we emailed and asked for them to be added, but never received a response. Also, not as intuitive to use as I would like.

The tickets were not passing through to our dashboard. We are very sorry that you never received a reply. Our team is reaching out to all customers that were affected by this to ensure we have any issues resolved going forward. As a note, we have imported all 501c3 charities within the USA into the Selflessly software. Any employee can donate to any 501c3 located within the USA. As you chat with our team, we will be sure to help find the IRS name of the charity you are searching as that can be different than the common name used on a charity's website. Additionally, please be sure to provide any feedback to our team, and we will take time to incorporate that feedback going forward. Thank you again!

PROS

How easy it is to log hours. I like the impact dollars as well.

CONS

It can be difficult to find volunteer opportunities in our area. I don't know if that's because of the area or the software.

Philanthropy done easy

Excellent experience! Team engagement with philanthropy, both financial and time, are at an all-time high!

PROS

Selflessly makes managing philanthropy across our team easy. The interface is intuitive and the reporting makes it simple to see the impact of our team’s generosity.

CONS

We initially had some reporting needs, but the Selflessly team made a change to their portal that addressed our needs!

Great Product

I have had a great experience with Selflessly and we are looking forward to continuing on with the platform.

PROS

I love that we are able to have an easy platform that we can add employees and set amounts for the companies contributions. This really streamlines the onboarding and also gives employees a easy platform to use for volunteer work.

CONS

N/A. I wouldn't say there is anything we don't like about this software.

Selflessly is a neat tool

I've enjoyed using Selflessly and think it could be a great tool for other companies to track their giving back.

PROS

I like that this is a place to keep track of both donations and time spent volunteering. It reminds me of what I have done and that matters!

CONS

I dislike how difficult it can be to find the correct charity to select. The need to select a state to find a charity can be tough.

Great product for donation and volunteer management

Selflessly has a great platform for employee donation and volunteer hour tracking. The software continues to be developed and new releases are pushed on a regular basis. This is a great platform for employers looking to promote volunteer efforts, donations and community involvement among teams.

PROS

Good user experience with great support and customer communication.

CONS

No suggestions for improvement at this point. Looking forward to continued updates.

Makes Remote Employee Engagement Actionable

The team and platfrom at Selflessly have been great to work with. They've ensured we know how to leverage the technology at every step and it provides an intuitive way for employees to give back in whatever way they prefer.

PROS

I love having a platform that helps us manage employee engagement and donations, especially across a remote team who needs volunteer opportunities across the country. Getting our account up and running and introducing it to our team was a simple process, and now they're self-sufficient in tracking their own give-back initiatives.

CONS

An integration to Google Workspace's user directory would help manage user accounts without the need for a CSV, but this isn't really a problem for a smaller organization like us.

PROS

Selflessly's product is very easy to use and integrated seamlessly into our existing business processes. The features that are most impactful are the ability to aggregate our volunteer hours and donations across our entire staff.

CONS

I think one additional feature might be to have volunteers be able to upload pictures of the events/activities that they participate in.

We love Selflessly!

We created and manage our corporate social responsibility program.

PROS

It helps us further our mission to make a difference in the community.

CONS

It's still being refined so it gets better every day, but that means there might be things that aren't built yet too.

Easy to use and manage

Our employees love having a place to track all of their giving including volunteer time, money and matching. From a corporate perspective, the ability to track everyone's giving without individual emails each time a donation is made is a huge time saver.

PROS

I love the fact that it incorporates both personal giving (money and time) and corporate gifts and matching.

CONS

I would love there to be a more robust reporting feature.

Customer support is amazing. Knowing that this is a young company, they are open to feedback and user needs. I also like how transparent they are about roadmaps and integrations.

Extremely easy to set up and use. Great platform for us to engage our full time remote workforce in creating social impact in their communities.
