Some of our events require 50+ volunteers, and this makes it so simple to manage all of them. Parents love that they can see who else signed up in each area, so they know who they will be working with. As a coordinator, I can print out the sign up list and use it to check off as volunteers arrive. I also use it to track their hours for the school year.
