In other words, there are no barriers (eg, expense, tech complications, etc) I had to surmount! Since I have few resources, and no tech team, I VERY much appreciate the lack of barriers! My non-profit (EducationEquity Foundation, which provides free MCAT Prep to low-income underrepresented premeds, taught by peer tutors who recently scored VERY well on their own MCATs) hasn't yet pursued donations much, so I have little to add about its performance. I've heard its performance is great, but I haven't used it much. (So far, that is. I plan to step up our fundraising game this summer. Up to now, I've been focused mainly on developing content - the nonprofit was essentially a 1-man band [ie, ME], so it has had limited bandwidth. There tools are very user friendly. #### Cons I have not had any bad experience with Zeffy and MOST of our non-profit is managed through them. Every prior platform eventually had issues we had to work around, we also don't have complex needs. We were able to export out of mailchimp and into zeffy very quickly. The fee elimination has saved us and our donors tens of thousands of dollars. The customer service is phenomenal and quick to respond, the campaign creation is seamless and intuitive and customizable, and I never worry about if or when we'll receive our funds. You can use it as a CRM to email your customer base if you'd like, and you can track so many performance metrics. #### Cons Can't say there's anything I don't like. Maybe that it's another platform to manage? The onboarding process is simple, and we already have funds being deposited into our account from the fundraising campaign we created. I also wish I could set up email confirmations at either the organizational level or at the team level so that emails are no longer managed at the individual form level. I don't like how hard it is to see how much donors are also giving to Zeffy or that it's not easy to refund the portion of a donation that goes to Zeffy. That is rare since there always seem to be hidden costs. Other platforms like Give Butter deduct Stripe transaction fees or allow the donor to cover those.
