Automation and Efficiency Boosting
We have been quite pleased with Site Stacker, and the abilities it has given us to become more efficient and productive with our donor management, fundraising, and recruiting processes. We are also encouraged to see a market, recent increase in development of increased functionality and look forward to continuing to grow with Site Stacker.

CONSThe loading of data can sometimes be slow due to this year quantity of data, that we utilize in site stacker. However, we have been able to find some workaround to make it work more efficiently for us.
Reason for choosing Site Stacker
We decided to use Site Stacker primarily because it gave more flexibility with payment processors, and also allowed us to integrate our recruitment functions with it as well.

Great template builder for non-profit organizations with a limited Tech Team
What I found helpful are the out of the box tools that can one can use to faciliate the donor experience, such as simple checkout solutions, donor dashboards, and email list forms! As a web developer, I enjoy having the various premade template components as well as a way to add custom code for unique experiences!
CONSThe downsides I see, are the limited use of third party app integrations. It can feel like vendor lock in, and if you already have an infrastructure built on other platforms it can be seen as a barrier to entry or exit.
Reason for choosing Site Stacker
We have a limited in-house tech team and for on-going maintenance, it was not going to be feasible to have an infrastructure that could not be managed by non-technical users. Did not want to be dependent on having technical team members on board at all times, when our staff was limited already.

So Helpful for Mobilization Processes
Site Stacker has provided a workflow system for our mobilization (recruiting), application, and pre-employment processes. The ability to trigger next steps based on various criteria has been a huge help to our applicants and mobilizers. Our staff use Site Stacker every day to maintain regular follow up with candidates and keep the moving forward. Site Stacker helps prevent any candidates from dropping through the cracks.
CONSSometimes, the reporting portion of Site Stacker is not as user friendly as we would like. To get good reports, we need someone with IT knowledge and expertise to write them. Gratefully, we have that, but not all organizations do. However, customer support is always happy to help when you seek them out.

CONSIt's really not site stacker it's the User (AKA me). They have so many functions that I don't even utilize that I think would make my job easier.

Game-changing System
WMTEK is great to work with, their product has helped our organization immensely, and we are happy to have made the switch!
PROSSiteStacker has been a very helpful tool for us, and streamlined a perviously-difficult user experience into something that is easy for site users to follow and interact with. It is robust and very customizable, and we continue to learn new ways to exercise its potential to our benefit. I'm convinced that after two years, we haven't scratched the surface of all that it could do! The team itself is great to work with, their heart is very apparent in the way they conduct their business and offer advice and solutions. They also provide regular educational webinars to help improve your skillsets and knowledge of SiteStacker, which have been very helpful.
CONSAt first, the system may seen more complex, as it has its own apprach to site builds which may differ from other previously-used systems. But, once the basics are applied, it all falls into place! Customer service times have in the past been slow at times, but we've seen a marked improvement in recent months as they streamline their systems. Their available training has also improved recently, as they build out more training materials to help educate users about new and existing improvements, as well as conducting regular webinars to help us better understand the full potential of the tool, which previously was more difficult information to come by.
Reason for choosing Site Stacker
We were already using SiteStacker for mobilization purposes, which was helpful, but were won over above other considerations by the potential of the system itself and the quality of the team behind WMTEK.

SiteStacker, Great Online Experience & Workflow Management
Our organization has been using SiteStacker for almost six years. It offers an excellent user experience related to online giving through our website. The online campaign feature is very helpful for our employees and volunteers to raise money for specific projects or initiatives. Where SiteStacker excels is in its automation capabilities. Although it does require an extensive knowledge of the multiple components in building out workflows, once that work is done, collecting applications and tracking the various items needed is very convenient. Whenever we have had an issue, staff have been easy to reach and responsive.
CONSSiteStacker is a robust system, but it does have limited integration with other platforms. While there are several platforms with which it does integrate, if your organization has one which it does not, it requires manual data transfers which may not be sustainable. Regarding automation, you must be very careful if you change any of the triggers or steps in the process as it can easily break the workflow and cause frustration for the user. SiteStacker is also very reliant upon email notifications and lacks a dedicated mobile application which would be very useful in collecting applications.

Great Product Amazing People
We've encountered several card testing issues, and the SiteStacker team has been exceptionally proactive in assisting us by implementing various changes, even when they weren't strictly obligated to do so. Their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond have been truly commendable.
PROSSitestacker is user-friendly and easy to grasp. On the backend, the feature allowing me to impersonate an account and see what a partner experiences has proven incredibly useful. Filtering through a large number of transactions simultaneously using the Contribution application is another great tool. The support team at SS has been consistently excellent – reaching out with questions has always been a smooth experience. Overall, Sitestacker not only simplifies tasks but also ensures reliable support whenever needed.
CONSMy organization is currently using an older version of Sitestacker, which limits my access to certain functions and integrations. As a result, there are some features that I haven't been able to use or are not possible due to our specific integration setup.

This has been the all-in-one platform we needed.
Very pleased. Should have made the switch sooner. Every dollar invested has been worh it.
PROSWe started out just contracting WMTek to build our website and online donations with SiteStacker. Then we expanded to using it for our online application process. Now we do our offline donations through it, have a dashboard for our members to see their account activity, and use it for donor management/CRM as well.
CONSNot much I dislike. At times, when we have needed customization we have had to wait 60-90 days to get on their schedule, because they are busy. But that's nit-picky compared to the benefit we have received through these customization projects.
Reasons for switching to Site Stacker
As we grew as an organization, we needed to work with a larger company.

Easy to Use
Overall, even with the challenges, the team has been responsive to our needs and readily available to help.
PROSI use Site Stacker daily for content management. I find it easy to use and forgiving when mistakes are made.
CONSGetting different programs to sync with SS has been challenging.
