Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love the ease of being able to work with applicants and evaluators in an easy way. Communication, documentation, and management is easy through SmarterSelect's software.
- Customer support is responsive and have gone through great lengths to identify issues and stress-test solutions, which is again greatly appreciated.
- This software offers a lot of great options and is easy to use. Customer Support is excellent and willing to help with any questions within a very timely manner.
Cons
- The software is somewhat confusing and there seems to be glitches in the system.
- I've had an issue with the reminder emails being sent directly to the spam folder but this may just be for our company.
- My applicants seem to have a problem when I give them a link to a new app.
Pros
- We are thrilled to have found a software that meets our specific needs and will help us be able to help more single mothers.
- The helps and service we have received from the beginning of our implementation has been excellent. We have had all of our questions and concerns answered.
- We have had the best team work with us through each of our projects, producing a product for us that was beyond our expectations. Any roadblock we ran into was swiftly resolved.
Cons
- Our clients would always complain that our applications were to confusing, time consuming etc. Since we have been using Wizehive, we have had 0 complaints and plenty of compliments.
- One con that I've found and it may be the fault of the user; applicants are not easily able to retrieve lost passwords but instead contact me and I in turn have to contact customer service.
- For example, I was a little disappointed about the letter generator.
