The team at Subsplash is good at training you to use the product. They are innovators who constantly come up with new ways to serve churches. The development and launching went flawlessly for us and while we're pretty competent with tech, I really attribute it to their intuitive and simple software and interface. Also, having to have 3 sizes for any image attached to a menu item. Reasons for choosing Subsplash MinistryOne was way too limited in it's functionality and PushPay was way too expensive. The products have been great, but customer support has been excellent. Can't recommend them enough. We have used it for live streaming, mobile app, event calendars, web pages, website embeds, event planning and organization, giving, and the list goes on. The platform has been consistently up and any time we've had a question, we've received \[sensitive content hidden\] support. I like that we can customize user profiles so that the giving side of the platform can be restricted to those that have that need while still allowing other volunteers access to the app, live streaming, and all the other features they might use. I don't hesitate to recommend Subsplash, especially for churches looking for a robust app and live streaming feature set. Cons: I would love to see more customization features when it comes to the calendar functions. Currently, I can't sync the calendar's in Subsplash to our external calendars (like Google Calendar) which requires me going to each event and selecting "Add to Calendar" which is time-consuming. Related to that, there very little markup or HTML support when writing event descriptions. It would be nice to be able to easily bold/italicize/underline text and add additional images to event descriptions.
