It's nice if you want to manage a group of people for a program.

Ability to have applications in different languages, although somewhat glitchy. Very impressed with the platform and great customer service.

Provides you with great survey and easily accessible ones.

We were unable to remove the value from the middle of the field drop down so we ended up duplicating the fields with new drop down instead.

Trying to login and find my way around, once you find what you need is relatively intuitive, but the first step is brutal. Also would like the language setting to remain where we set it.

Overall, I really like this project (working with this software) and would recommend it if I have the opportunity.

Each year we use this system, we have the ability to get more creative with defining our process to meet the needs of our reviewers and applicants.

The biggest pro the ease of use and the intuitive nature of the interface. It is an easy way to create simple surveys.

The system is, for our purposes, no longer fit for purposes, which is a shame as it previously functioned very well.

The thing I like most about SM Apply is the ability to maintain all of our previous information on scholars and being able to build on that over time.

So far it appears very easy to use. We have just started using so have not fully capitalized on all the features to date.

And I was so impressed by the level of service from the Apply team. The decision to renew our subscription is a no-brainer.

I like that the format is simple so you can get your survey out and receive information and polls back quickly.

We are happy that we made the change as our system/room was very robust. We worked with great people on the transition and the support staff is always a big help.

It is the best software to use to develop  your surveys and to collect your results.

The customer service is easily the best thing about working with this software. Always accessible and very helpful.

It has become a staple of my work life and also of my applicants. They are now quite comfortable with it and most application periods have very few issues; certainly none we can't resolve.

All of this could have been avoided if we were able to test out the platform initially.

You can do a lot and receive a decent report from the free version of the platform. Easy to use and very helpful.

I like that YourMembership integrates many aspects that you would need for association management into one tool.

The email feature was sold to me as it was comparable to Constant Contact - it is not at all and shouldn't be sold that way. Very annoying that I can't resize pictures and add more widgets.

The ability to have multiple functions for an organization in one software is a great tool for streamlining functions of a small office.

Questions are always answered quickly and fully. I've never had a single issue that wasn't fully explained or resolved.

Your membership was really easy to use. I was able to pull reports in a matter of seconds and the dashboard was easy to understand when it was accurate.

Ease of use and customer support. YM has a well thought out implementation plan that keeps everything on track.

Journal entries were abundant and threatened our credibility with the Board.

YourMembership is almost entirely customizable, and their support team is always available to help.

There is an embarrassing level of customer service. You leave voicemails that are never answered.

It is also supposed to show the hard bounces but the report shows one number but then I get 100 bounces (delivery failure) emails to my email.

I am excited to house all of our programs in one place. This will help to manage results and time much more effectively.

Alot of bang for our buck. We are now able to integrate our database with our website which is very important to our registrants.

The funcationality of the product is great as there are many things that you can do.

Occasionally, your product enhancement request can be lost among the hundreds of other customers using the product.

Great value for your money. Always improving, with no need to upgrade.

Formatting pages is difficult for someone who does not have experience with the program. We have difficulty having members lapse and come back to membership, registration becomes a nightmare.

Overall, we have been happy with the design team. There is room for improvement with our implementation specialist.

For association management, this product is the perfect function and price point.

Career Centers and integrated Blog and Forum platforms to Merchant Services and Event Management all residing in one space make it hard to argue that you were doing it all just as well before.

The user experience of my members was so inadequate, we had to discourage members from registering for events or education online.

I have a urgent problem with YM at this moment -- and you can NEVER get them on the phone.

Also, there are so many features to keep up with the YM program. My staff complains constantly about having to review videos.

Overall, I've had very good experience with the software and I especially appreciate YM's efforts to respond to users' requested revisions and improvements such as website editing functionality.

The cost apparently is good for our small size/budget.

Inability to have multiply invoice template options available.

They gave speedy, clear, and very informative responses to all my questions. They are kind and professional, and I’m glad we had the opportunity to work together on PSI's website redesign.

All of the deficiencies listed above were frustrating, time-consuming, and took away from the real objectives of our organization.

Initially very frustrating and painful, the set up didn't feel intuitive, and confusing.

YM has amazing features to keep the work easier to do and accommodating in terms of time and money. The events feature is what i like the most followed by the membership dues and online store.

As our first association management software we have found it easy to set up and the support team is excellent and very timely in their response to our, often very basic , questions.
