Social collective is effieicnt in the ways they respond to any equest we have .

PROS

I liked seeing the dasboards which give us a bird's eye view of our projects

CONS

yes moderationof the intiative forms and filters toallow us to play around with the graphs .

Reasons for switching to The Social Collective

It did not offer us our own tailormade solution that we can make our own and were not able to develop the product or epand the scope in future

A smart system that has a lot of learning to do

PROS

Having an overview of individual members activity at the club was amazing.

CONS

The constant additions that comes with software. The constant changes. The fact that the software is not yet able to correct entered data and requires manual correcting. The system is time consuming and may become a burden when numbers increase.

This software offers a more cohesive overall picture of activity levels in and around the club.

The Social Collective

We are aiming to eventually move into the paperless space and the capture at source evolution. We have moved very slowly and appreciate The Social Collectives patience with us. They have worked well to understand our business and what we need from the software.

PROS

It links our headoffice to what is happening out there in the field. Its also adjustable and flexible. So when things weren't working for us we adjusted things for us.

CONS

It took the users a long time to get used to it and often they struggled with ease of use.

The software is flexible and allows one to tailer to their need. Also it links information together, data that is.

Social Collective Platform Review

Initially it really was a pain, because the people who wanted me to work with it really didn't understand how it works, but with more time spent on it, also because I'm a very technical person, it is easy to use, though not taking away that some more improvements would do it well.

PROS

I like the fact that it enables my organization to have visualizations of our data, that is spread as decided by the user. As a user with superadmin rights, I like the fact that I have access to certain features such as insights that we use to export data, that was entered at any time to analyse or do whatever necessary with it. I also appreciate the automated dashboards

CONS

Some of the features, such as reporting are strenuous and heavy on time as they are manual.

Through the eyes of the Administrator

I think that the system is effective and it does allow to upload data. I believe that with a few improvements. the system would be really great. I enjoyed experiencing using the system and I believe that I too learnt things that I wouldn't have known before.

PROS

It creates good reports, it creates events in an easy way , it can create dashboards , allows edits to be done though its very limited. Uploading of bulk data

CONS

The system has a few features that are difficult to manage, the location key when entering organisation doesn't allow rural areas to be entered. It also takes time to upload events and its participants. the dashboard is difficult to navigate especially of your not an administrator with that you need to ask for permission to be an administrator if wants to do reports. he dashboards need to be made more user friendly

PROS

That it can create dashboards . Show impact over a period of time . Allows edits, although limited . Bulk data can be uploaded at once. Does scheduling .

CONS

Naming of fields according to an organization . Locations -these can be exact. Easy maneuvering, it could show where one one is and show next step . Allow for at least 2 people to edit ,requesting rights to edit is a tedious process . Updates only when data is available

Reason for choosing The Social Collective

As an organization we felt that it speaks to what we do ,also that it would be easy for the field /Data capturer staff to use . We rely on donor funding ,therefore reporting on impact is of utmost importance ,we felt that the system would do just that .

social collective is a good problem solver for example I can easily see total numbers of members in the premises without calculation. i can see which program members done.

the software is easy to use and it has reduced most of work that we used to do before.

CONS

Most of the features we had problem with have been fixed and also they have added new features that makes it easier to track and see member improvement.

My experience with Social Collective

At first, it was a bit tricky as our administrator was unavailable to guide us through the system operation. So many things we had to learn as we go as an organization, but eventually we got the hang of things.

PROS

It is easy to navigate once I got the hang of it.

CONS

Updating of information stored on the system instead of re-entering information manually.

Lethabo social collective Review

I am able to keep record of the kids coming to the club and also I am able to share the data with spouses. Even parents of kids get notification if their kids are not attending or their programs where postponed.

PROS

I can always good back to check the kids who came to the club. It shows clean graphs of the data collected.

CONS

It needs to be able to arrange names from the most attending to the least attending.
