It is a wonderful journey so far with Vaave team. We have been using Vaave platform for our institution "Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology" for the last 2 years and have connected with more than 38,000 alumni through the platform. Vaave is not only providing the software, it is also guiding us on Alumni Engagement through the Unique program "Alumni Leadership Program"

The Dashboard, Events, Jobs and News modules are very helpful features and easy to use. In the member's section, required filters can apply to search for the target alumni to get in touch with them. The mobile application is good and easy to connect with alumni and batchmates. Also, the monthly newsdigest feature will be helpful for the alumni to know about the updates that happened on the network over the last month.

Should promote the mobile application to increase the reach. The registrations through the mobile app would helpfull with quick signups.

Vaave serviced us very well and followed up consistently.

It helped us as University to consolidate our programmes and alumnae members scraper across various social media platforms.

Though the software is great, the human effort required is also huge leading to not an optimal utilization of the database. It is also taking time for us to build up database due to variety of factors.

Vaave alumni portal is helping us in managing alumni. It is helping us connecting all our institutions and maintaing alumni of al the institutes under one portal.

The customer experience at Vaave is truly good. The onboarding Point of Contact (POC) proactively reached out to us and provided timely assistance. The support was consistently available, ensuring a smooth and effortless journey. Even small requests were promptly addressed and completed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Vaave Product:- 1) Onboarding process was simple 2) Portal is user friendly and self explanatory 3) Quick access to users' profiles and availability of various filters such as industry, location, company etc 4) Customized home page, newsletter page, and interest groups. Additional customization for colors and fonts on newsletter page would be great. 5) Easy to retrieve Alumni data. This could have been more helpful if data can be pulled from LinkedIn directly, however, only if user permits. 6) Automatic birthday mails to Alumni 7) Availability of bulk email option with specific audience. It could be further improved with a provision to select members of interest groups and city chapters as custom audience. Service:- 1) Quick resolution of issues 2) Uptime of Portal is high

Vaave Product:- 1) Features and functionality should be same on both web and mobile applications. Also, mobile application could be made user friendly. 2) 'Volunteer' and 'Be a Mentor' tabs can be made customizable and easy to use according to the events or needs respective to each Institute 3) Having email notification option for features(like job board, interest groups, newsroom etc) customizable to each member through settings helps them to stay updated 4) Admin roles grouping should be customizable Other requested features: 1) Content formatting, quiz/poll creation and video sharing options could be incorporated on Dashboard 2) Option to address all Alumni groups in single post through the Dashboard 3) Page description option as given for Interest groups could be extended to other sections ike 'Job Board' to display the important info

Amazing Experience

Vaave team is really good. Ms. [sensitive content hidden] has amazingaly supported during the whole onboarding journey. There was constant support and in case of any queries or concerns they were properly resolved. Overall onboarding journey was smooth and portal is also easy to use. They provided good homepage design for us.

The mobile app of the portal lacks few features other than that all the features are great. I will explore all the features more. Till now haven't encountered any bugs, issues or lags.

Our first alumni batch passed out recently and this vaave alumi portal helping us in getting teh alumni database stored and managing it by their various sort filters like Industry, skills, roles etc. We are looking forward of using this portal for conducting events and engaging alumni. Everything! Especially their demonstrations and user-friendly software. We are healthcare professionals, and it’s obviously difficult to understand a few technical terms. But the team patiently explained the functionality of Vaave in a very simple manner. I really appreciate that.

a few minor technical issues that they really do need to work on...For example: mobile app notifications, re-editing or reupdating profiles, video clarity, etc. I am sure the team must be working on these.

We are overall satisfied with Vaave and would recommend it to others looking for alumni management. Have your requirements clearly articulated and check with the team if they are all possible before you sign up. A demo of the backend will help you clearly understand what's possible and what's not.

Vaave's product is good for regular alumni management. Getting alumni registered, keeping in touch with them through regular mails, events, news etc are easy to manage. Their support is excellent.

1) Their editor is really out of date. In an age where there are drag and drop editors, theirs can go through a lot of improvement. 2) If you are looking for any custom feature, it's difficult to work around. The team does its best to figure out some way, but the system is not much flexible as such.3) The ecommerce feature is not good. The images can't be zoomed, the main page needs to be done in HTML, no categorization or filters. Its something that we would have loved to showcase our alumni work like arts, books etc.

Good,will be better if made more friendly even for non techo savvy doctors and details of member include more medical institute terminologies.

Features integrated for alumni mangement

Most terms and phrases used are as per Engineering Institutes;hardly any for Medical Institutes;like Stream industry etc;creating confusion in Medical Alumni. High cost of service fees on payment gateway almost 3% ,though now it's NIL for transactions below 2000 on various platforms.

The platform is user friendly and everything is self explanatory. The team is releasing the features frequently based on our requirement.

The platform is useful to get an update on latest happening in our alumni community. The monthly newsletter, Events, Job modules are very helpful. It is good platform to connect with the missing alumni. We are raising funds from the alumni to fulfill the Teachers salaries in this coronavirus epidemic to meet their salaries.

Software should have some automation process on identifying the missing alumni and get them registered.

Vaave is a wonderful tool to connect with the University Alumni's, We are a university with alumni's from 70 different countries. where it made us easy to connect with all of them at one short. Also the alumni's are happy that they are connected with their batchmates who is faraway that to on professional tool Organizing event with the vaave is much easy
