Effectiv platform

PROS

How it caters to meny needs, a sheard calender, chatts and the option to build teams.

CONS

That its still develiping but only fore the better. Cant wait til its finiched

HOMEWORK HELP APPLICATION FOR THE RED CROSS

All requests answered within 24 hours and support willing to participate in meeting with the users. Red Cross users pleased to get an application on their phones so they have a better overview than from 'word' rotas and email.

PROS

The software was easy to use and set up in an intuitive way. It was easy to set up the rota for the homework helpers and became a useful APP on their phones. The users could easily see when they were on duty and could easily communicate with each other. Support was very good.

CONS

Needs some adjustments on meeting organisation and notices on meeting attendance. Already taken up with ViVil.

Organising volunteering

My volunteers had been asking for an app to replace e-mail as our primary way of recruiting and organising the volunteer activity. I was introduced to Vivil and have used it ever since.

PROS

I use this app for registrering and organising volunteers. The app is very easy to use, even people with limited computer skills can make this app work for them. I have benefited from great help and advice from the app developers, the customer service is very good.

CONS

I have not encountered any particular issues with this app

The best way of communicating and helping others!

Probably the best app if you are searching for efficiency, organization, and ease, all of this with a very accessible price. I highly recommend ViVil if you volunteer at events frequently.

PROS

I truly love how easy it is for a new user to use this app since it is really intuitive, also, it has saved me a bunch of time, by having all previously scheduled and organized.

CONS

Even tho this software has been working properly for me and my pals, It has kicked me out of the app a few times before, however, it has only happened to me twice and it was many months ago.

Easy to use

Overall experience: Good.

PROS

I have all good experiences using ViVil. The app has an organized set up which makes it easy to use. It also simplefies scheduling, activities and communications to our staff of volunteers.

CONS

I cannot think of any cons really. The functionality of the app is as it should be.
