I don't like the lack of customization. Also, i hate that you can not put a folder into a folder.

Some features in this apps on some devices are located differently, which can be confusing at times.

No real problems other than lack of usage due to feeling a bit burdened by having to maintain two separate task management systems.

It has been a lifesaver in terms of its use. Due to the length of use in our business, it hasn't been to our benefit to switching to a different platform with all our history of notes.

Amazing collaborative workspace to work on docs with multiple people. Pricing isn't cheap, but it's fair and comparable to other platforms.

Great product,  ease of use, affordable. Does everything we need that the larger doc management programs do at a fraction of the cost.

The new re-write (v10) is awful, and forced me to revert to v6. Searching for a new alternative while v6 still works.

I have not reached out to customer service so I would not know how to rate that. It is overall an OK software.

This is the best app for taking notes and keeping on track all my life. Very friendly interface and easy to use.

Still there's no undo button, which makes it scary sometime hen you accidentally erase you have been going through.

Evernote Business is an amazing, note-taking, multi-platform software for businesses because of their best in class collaborative features, clean and minimalistic design, perfect sync, and much more.

This application also using quite large of my phone RAM as it will keep lagging and crash when i am using it more than one hour.

I love the fact that I can access my notes from anywhere by logging into my gmail. Its easy to make notes which can be checked when finish.

What a strange little product--but I use it every day.

There are many features that are great in Google Keep including multi device sync, quick add feature and the ability to add documents and files. The interface is really clean and minimal.

What I like about this software is simplicity, ease of use, collaboration tools.

Embed option is missing. Organising your notes would not be that easy.

Great for notes taking whether by audio or text. Its great for a things to do list where you can just tick what was done and move on.

This could be the place to record every info that you think you have to come back and refer. The search is top notch and the integration with Google suite of apps is excellent.

One of the more useful features is you can include photos in your notes. On top of that, you can grab the image text.

I had some syncing issues in the past where it refused to sync with one device.

It stores very large notes, has terrific archival tools for unnecessary/older note threads and has so many customization options for anyone to enjoy for personal or organization reasons.

Ability to remind me of my schedules and ability to edit my to do list in real time.

Keeping these notes in specific files for each client is great.

Google does it best when it comes to Productivity or Content Management.

The only con I found is that the colors available for each note is limited. I wanted each category of note to have its own color but that wasn't possible based on this limitation.

The feature that i loved most about this app is the background setting feature where i can add pre-set pictures in the back of notes, it was great.

I love that Google Keep is free and can be easily integrated with other Google suite softwares. It is easy to use to take quick notes and/or to create a to-do list with dateline reminders.

I like the fact that Google Keep can be used effectively and efficiently to take notes, record voice memos, save images and drawings, and create interactive to-do lists.

It's good to experience a totally free and simple software like Keep that really help in tasks and note taking.

Acts buggy at times so not sure if it because of Chrome or the platform.

The only negative point to point out is related to the visual aspect of the platform. I think they could improve.

I can always go back, search and refer, or move my notes to other big apps with more bells and whistles. I love Keep for what it is at its core - easy to use and simple interface.

It has a really simple and bad interface, you expect much better, especially when the brand is Google.

The most important part of Google Keep for me and my business was being able to upload documents and photos and it then be accessible to all my staff immediately whilst also keeping it safe.
