No incentive was offered I originally opened Google Keep because I saw it in my Google apps and didn't know what it was, so I clicked into it just out of curiosity. So glad I did!! It's now one of my most utilized apps and took over to replace how I used to use the Notes app on my iPhone. I like that I can access Keep from anywhere I log into my Google account. For me it's easier to organize and manage my various lists and notes. I have wild ADHD so having Keep has been extremely helpful. I need to write down everything and anything that I want or need to remember because if I don't it's immediately forgotten like it never existed. I'm able to make notes, or save pictures, write myself things I need to go back to, I also use it just as a brain dump/journal when I need to just organize my thoughts. It's great for my own task management too, I really like the features it has that allow me to paste pictures, color code my notes, and that it's quick and easy to navigate and find the specific note I want to add to. #### Cons The only "con" is that I wish I could change the font within specific notes. I love the ability to use a a combination of list, pictures and drawing in the same note. It's snappy and very responsive. The notes can be shared easily and quickly for collaborations. I love the fact that multiple collaborators can contribute to the same note simultaneously. The syncing is very smooth and effective. This is ideal in many situations such as shopping list. My partner can update the shopping list while I'm at the grocery store ticking items on the same list, which saves lots of time and hassle. Different notes can be given different colours or backgrounds, making it easy to distinguish a specific note when you're looking for it in a hurry. The search bar is super useful and can help you find your notes very quickly. It's very easy to organise your notes by labelling them and you can create your own labels. If you don't want a specific note to appear on the main page, you can archive it but still find it if it's labelled. Overall, the app is well thought of, very easy to use and very practical. It's amazing how they made it simple with so much handy options. #### Cons If you mistakenly started a text, it's easy to turn it into a list but you cannot do the opposite. I must admit that our general experience has been positive despite the negative things that I have mentioned previously, there are still things to improve within Google Keep as what I mentioned previously, the design of the notes has to be improved, so that the notes have a much more attractive and more colorful background, in addition, the transfer system of these notes has to be improved to facilitate sending them to specific people. Our general expxerience has been positive because day by day this platform helps us to takes notes within the company, we can write anythin in these notes and store them for later, in addition, we can add reminders to these notes to access them in an hour or specific date. Another thing that I like about Google Keep is that all the notes are stored in the Google cloud no matter how long it takes, for example, I can create a note and leave it there even more that five years, in the same way I will have access to that note wth all the information that was previously written, this is amazing since I can store information for a long time. I should also mention that I love the feature of adding tags to notes, because these tags help me find specific notes, I can add custom tags and it makes it so much easier for me to find notes for a specific topic. #### Cons The first thing I don't like about Google Keep is that in order to transfer one onf the previously described notes, you must transfer this note to Google documents, this way you can transfer a shared link to another person, it is not possible to transfer this note directly from the Google Keep app, and this is really annoying. Google Keep is clean, organized, and easy to use. With just a few simple clicks, a variety of "notes" can be taken. Keep functions very well as a simple notepad, but creating checklists, organizing notes, adding media, and customizing notes are all extremely simple and easy as well. Add in the ability to collaborate, share, and tag other users in notes and this makes for a really impressive tool. #### Cons The struggle with Google Keep is that if it is heavily used, the home screen or dashboard gets pretty cramped and messy. Every time an idea strikes, I run to open Google Keep, be it on the web, or mobile. Another Pro is its unending capacity to store my thoughts, ideas, todos, as quickly as I can. I can always go back, search and refer, or move my notes to other big apps with more bells and whistles. I love Keep for what it is at its core - easy to use and simple interface. It's also quick and fast in syncing across devices. I use it all the time to shoot my videos for my YouTube channel. #### Cons It's dashboard is pretty clunky. Google keep is my go to app for taking down my notes. whenever I have to make lists , prioritize tasks or save a note, my first preference is Google Keep. I can write notes on mobile and instantly see it on my PC, it is helpful whenever I have to send some text to my PC . Simple yet intuitive dashboard always made my work easy.
