I love that when I take notes they immediately get synced to my cloud account and this is great for backup.

The software is very intuitive and easy to organize and customize. It is also great that it syncs with my other devices so I have my notes when and where I need them.

However, once more layers are added, it can become difficult to navigate and find what you were once looking for.

It is possible to add different notebooks for its own individual purpose, and it gives you the freedom to organize very easily.

There is really few cons to using OneNote. Sometimes the interface can be a little difficult to format on the page.

Cost wise it is also better than its competition.

What's bad is that there is no option for displaying where the pages end. I saw a comment from a developer about this saying that it would be too difficult.

Therefore, I use it on my personal life as well, to organize my grocery shopping, some budgets, stocks price, passwords and users from portals, sites. It is a secure tool provided by Microsoft.

The free version of OneNote already integrates with a lot of mobile and desktop services, which is great.

This note-taking app is great if you like taking notes on the computer. It can keep you very organized and it is easy to find any notes taken with the search feature.

The best part of the software is its ease of use, and shareability. A document can quickly be created and shared among the team.

Although I  sometimes miss a more up to date user interface.

It's nice to have a note application that is shared across multiple systems, like phone, tablet, home and work pc. Also nice to be able to share notes with anyone.

You can use it like a notebook. It is easy to fill in text anywhere on a page, perfect for jotting down any notes you may need for the future.

I have used it since college and have used it on and of ever since due to the many abilities to make notes that are easy to navigate in.

It has many features, like files storage, and the customer support is really good.

It allows you to share and edit notes with anyone. They can make real time edits on your note and it's extremely effective at building team communication and collaboration.

Very good, it's a nice addition to the office suite and you can use it for work and daily life.

I love Slite's smartphone application. It is beautiful to the eye(aesthetic wise) , lightweight and intuitive.

We use this with our organization to centralize our knowledge management process, procedures, and documents. The tool does a great job of organization, editability, and has a great user interface.

I really like the product and feel an affection for it. It has been a great place to capture ideas and notes so easy.

I hate the fact that I have been billed for 8 months for a software I stopped using the first day.

Different levels of accesses and permission enhances the power of the solution. Content editor is also powerful and flexible.

Notion on steroids - Great tool for collaboration.

For these uses, it's an excellent editor (docs are simple to create and read) with very nice notification features that make it more beneficial than Google Docs (it is far easier to use ).

Just so easy and intuitive and good value. Key features are not restricted from basic version and support is exceptional.

Slite does everything Notion.so (another team documentation collaboration app) does, and more. Slite can integrate with pretty much whatever else you're already using from Trello, to Outlook and more.

I also think as a company grows and get's bigger, I'm not sure it's the correct tool.

You can have shared and private notes, markdown support, checklists, slack integrations. It is very easy to understand both for wiki-type notes as well as to do lists and day-to-day notes.

I love that this is not only a note-taking app but also a communication app.

It's a great tool to centralize knowledge on my team, we have been using it for 3 years and comparing it with other tools like Confluence and Notion you get a lot of value for the price.

The pricing is better than the competition and specially the free version is very appealing for starters. It's great for creating private and public documentation, for teams and at a personal level.

Can't open multiple documents at the same time - for now. Some text layout options are still missing  (cross-out text, color text) - for now.
