  • Pros

  • The Notebird team is always responsive and very helpful. We are extremely impressed and look forward to a long relationship.
  • Easy to use, great functionality and features, Notebird customer support has been wonderful at customizing options for us.
  • It was very easy to learn and very easy to navigate. I love the customization it allows for me to do exactly what I want.
  • Cons

  • It has been a little awkward to submit updates.
  • If I put a note that affects a family, I have to manually duplicate that entry for all affected household members.
  • There is no mobile app option for it. This would make it much more accessible.

  • Love the ease of use as I train volunteers each week. The quality and user interface are worth the investment.
  • We love the reliability and integration of the ProP platform. It makes our song presentation seamless and incredibly professional.
  • They have made a much better product that is FULL of helpful features. I have always loved the way Pro just WORKS and that you can do almost anything with it.
  • Cons

  • Will sometimes crash with no warning. Does not always remember output settings that were last used.
  • It's annoying to have to have the main computer on and then your computer on at the same time to make changes. I also don't like that you have to pay per computer rather than an overall subscription.
  • PP7 specifically can be glitchy, and the fact that you have to continue to pay for the updates is a big downside.
