Simple Interface, Good Feature Set, Excellent Price.

I really appreciated the ease in inputting the ingredients of my products and how quickly the information is calculated.

Challenge is there is no double check. All the information must be entered correctly.

I found this product very easy to use. I like how it looks and the layout of it.

If not for the customer service and their quick responses, I would have cancelled.

We love that the software is made by a Canadian company and is affordable. We use the software mostly to compile Nutrition Facts Tables for our customers.

The MenuSano customer service reps are prompt, friendly and very good at solving problems (my one problem). And then the software got changed so that no one else would have that issue.

No each or unit measurement, i.e case of 140 apples, recipe for 2 apples, etc. No scaling up/down of recipes.

This is an easy to use tool for doing menu work. It is straight forward and easy to follow each step.

Really easy to add recipes and calculate the nutritional facts. The labels are clear and lots of formats are available.

I like that you can choose different shapes/sizes. The database is a good size and has a lot of the products we use but not all.

There are a bunch of little things they could do to make the product a bit more user friendly but it does the job we need for a decent price.

Lots of ingredients missing from library. Too many custom basic ingredients are missing.

At first, it was a little bit overwhelming but you get the hang of it quickly. The only part at the moment that confuse me a bit is when I manually enter a new product.

Overall I've had a very good experience using the software. It has allowed me to be able to market my products into Grocery store chains that require this information.

Overall, my experience of using Menusano for meal planning was amazing and I would like to recommend it to other potential consumers.

This soft ware saved me. I had a deadline and the person I usually get to do my nutritional was not available. Thanks to this soft ware, we will be doing it all ourselves from now on.

This is a major flaw in my  opinion and the reason I rated it lower.

Easy to use for meal plan creation. Nice pdf produced in deliverables.

The interface appearance is great. Sometimes, I'd like to scroll and see my clients notes on each session, and feel viewing and figuring out how to make my notes from sessions quite clunky.

Gives you appropriate kcals. I love how easy it is to use and how you are easily able to send meal plans directly to the client.

D were supposed to be teaching our patients about proper nutrition, this is a crucial feature that is missing. Clients have no clue what there kcals level is for each meal nor the macros of each meal.

The phone is not very efficient for me as a lot of the foods we eat are too hard or not in the app database.

To be able to nutritionally analyse client food diary, only meal plans. If not, then this is not obvious and quite frustrating to figure out.

The interface is pleasant and simply navigated. Logging data is simple and meal planning is a breeze.

The program looks nice and relatively straight forward.

Easy to use, good for those starting out in private practice.

I think some motivational blogs and quotes are missing. At least I didn't find them.

I need to add Arabic to the language my patients complain the can read English  ... this make me stop use the app for them. Also the app not show the patient information.

Lastly the customer service is the best of any company I’ve worked with.

Fantastic live interaction with patients and have much more time to focus on self development.

The user is unaware of the kcal and macronutrient content of each dish.

Price is the main downside and makes the choice of other programs.

The software is missing a major feature- kcals/macros displayed on the menu for the client. It shows when you are making the menu, but not when you send it.

It is a good platform, but very similar to others in the market, however a differentiator is the mobile mobile platform for customers, helps loyalty.
