SunSystems is a very powerful System that is easy to use and implement especially for Hospitality Sector and Service sector and will provide you "when rightly implemented" with 90% of your Accounting and Administration requirements with very good, real time analytics that will drive your Business Decisions though, if your company is in the Manufacturing or retail business I recommend going for Infor LN or Infor M3

5- user journal entry transaction screen is very hard to use for normal user so they use the Q&A Excel add on to fasten and ease the entry process specially for bulk transactions.

I'd recommend Infor Sun Systems to any small business or non-profit grossing. Beyond that, it becomes to bulky. Infor Sun Systems could be a great product for your company.
Software is stable, easy to access and performs all core Accounting functions. It's also great that Sun Systems is able to be customized the third party software. That feature helped us a lot.
Product is not user friendly. This software is not good for high volume Accounting office. To many clicks to get what is needed and not all reports are able to be exported or customized.
