Pros/Cons

Pros
I love this software. I use it every day to edit and format Test, XML, JSON and other files, search folders, check code syntax, and keep project notes. It's fast, unobtrusive and very useful.
EASY to use. I LOVE the plugins, this is had been so helpful for me. Great step up from regular Notepad. My favorite is the Preview html plug and probably autosave.

Cons
The UI is a bit dull and it can be improved to a great extent. Other than that, it's a great product.
This software, although quick and easy to use, lacks a certain amount of versatility and certain options.

It's easy to use. We can have a new application online in hours or minutes.

Cons
Not really a con, but we were searching for this exact tool for a long time before we finally discovered SSW.
None from my vantage point. Their customer service is amazing.
