Pros/Cons

Pros
We love the fact customer's choose which time works for them. It saves so much confusion and we have not yet had one scheduling conflict.
It was so easy to use. It doesn't take a lot of time to learn how to use and more importantly it works with Google which brings in 95% of our customers.

Cons
The software could be a bit more intuitive in some areas; however, their customer support team makes it easy to ask questions and quickly get a response whenever I am confused (which is not often).
Well, I love everything about this software, but I would be much happy if they can add some money integration features to it.

I like that it's easy to use for the client whilst they're booking and I love that it is constantly improving
Love the fact that you can control your bookings from anywhere from any device.. love all the features and benefits .. and love the new e mail blasts .. excellent

Cons
I love everything about it, maybe only thing I have to say least is their updates are slower pace. it will take a while to have function you may want.
To be honest nothing really comes to mind, other than at times it has been a bit tricky to search a client and I have no idea why but other than that it's fantastic.
