Pros/Cons

Pros
Most things are very easy, with very little programming needed, point and click. Some of the best support i have ever gotten from any product.
The dashboard is a nice feature that will allow users to view which tasks are waiting for approval

Cons
No Mobile App.....it is mobile friendly with web browser but an app would be nice.
Because of the point and click it can be difficult to figure out how to do some things.

this software is excellent to use and easy to draw keep up the good work use this everyday this app is excellent
So easy to use, great picture! Great sound! I have owned 4 vizios so far and ever had a problem with them!

Cons
high costs for the license, this application is very good for documentation but it is very difficult to integrate with systems based on BPM for greater control
Visio is a pretty basic program that lacks a lot of bells and whistles which is great for improving the ease of use but does cause some limitations when developing a project.
