Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • - Easy to integrate - Easy to use mostly - Provides good information on customer setup to assist in debugging issues

  • It just works. You simply put few lines of code and, shake your device and report bugs. Easier bug report than ever. The customer service is amazing, responses within few seconds-minutes.

  • Cons

  • Although this is great feature the Jira integration is poor configurable. But reported through it is messy.

  • I wish there was a HelpScout plugin so that we could respond direct to live users from our HelpScout inbox. We have a bit of a workaround, but it's not nearly as quick as a direct link could be.
