Pros/Cons

Pros
I love the functionality of this. It made my job as a chat customer service agent so much easier!
Excellent customization. Very flexible options.

Cons
Interface is a bit confusing when configuring, but the "day to day"-usage works great and easy to understand.
The interface could use some additional options with potentially a more modern style, but otherwise works very well.

Easy to use, great value for the price, friendly support team

Cons
The tool itself uses the whole page of the browser unlike other related software it can be used as an extension to the browser that sometimes it makes hard to navigate.
IT support is poor on Parrott compared to the support we get on Koala.
