Not really a con but it can be a bit confusing as there are multiple ways to accomplish the same tasks.

Learning the self taught software and setting it up for your needs. It does so much and the software can do 1 thing 3 different ways.

The fundraising section leaves a lot to be desired, but is still helpful for sharing information between our staff.

The platform on which is built seems a little dated but sometimes the simpler, the better
