Pros/Cons

Pros
It is so easy to use and the support is quick and very helpful
It is easy to use and customer service is great.

Cons
This con is both a pro and a con - the software updates often which is great for bugs but sometimes the new features are too much to learn .... if that makes sense. :)
Developing new templates for forms takes a bit of time to set up, but then you have your form laid out exactly as you need it.

Pros
Easy of use, great customer support, very user friendly
I loved how easy it is to use and how flawless the transition was to switch from CCB to Churchteams. Customer Service was outstanding and worked with me on whatever I needed.

Cons
The email editor is a bit clunky but I completely understand the joy of building that from scratch and they are staying on top of it.
It can be confusing and tough to navigate, but costumer support is extremely helpful.
