Learning curve of the platform is a little bit higher then the other alternatives in the market. Onboarding and in-app pop-up explanations should be improved.

Sometimes, it can be overwhelming to manage the updates and changes. Like, hey. I just mastered this piece and now it's changing? Why?

This is technically a pro since they're always innovating, but a lot of times the interface changes or things move around and it can get kind of confusing.
