Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and implement immediately. No need for long training. Support is friendly and extremely competent. No downtime until now. Free version to try out. Cost-benefit is great.

  • The software is easy to use, the training they provide is fabulous and the customer support is great.

  • Cons

  • The automation is limited for the free version. Although the landing page and form builder is really useful, I felt it was quite limiting in the design aspect.

  • It could do a little more on the sales pipeline side but at the price available I can deal with that.

  • Pros

  • Very easy to use for the most part. Much better than last product.

  • Love the website editor! It is very easy to use.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes the app is slow to load, but overall I'm happy with my Thryv experience!

  • it is a little pricey- but well worth the money
