FollowUp CRM offers sales tracking software for the construction industry, and is suitable for companies of all sizes. FollowUp CRM offers features such as the ability to track pipelines, set goals for team members, view reports and coordinate workflow within the organization.

The system keeps track of projects, bids and leads that are in the pipeline, and users can view personalized information regarding their leads. Follow-up reminders can be sent to users at scheduled intervals. FollowUp Power also houses a historical interaction database and provides a library of analytical reports. Users can select reports directly from the library or configure them as needed.

Additional features include workflow automation tools and multi-bid functionality. User security levels which administrators to determine which users have access to specific tools and data. FollowUp CRM also provides an online training portal.

Pricing is per user per month. Email and phone support are available.

Pros

It puts all of your information into one location and makes tracking your business easy as can be! It’s great.

Cons

You have to pay to add an admin user. Our admin doesn’t really need access to the program on a regular basis.

It is cloud-based software accessible from anywhere and we can look up the status of a lead or proposal due at any time. Great training is provided, and tools are simple to explain.

Recommendations

Intuitive in that I am a construction professional using software that follows the same process I am used to in pursuing work. The support is tremendous, thorough and always easy to access.

Likes Least

The vendor is great. As for the product, we have asked for certain "tweaks", which the vendor has happily made. There are still three check boxes that are more appropriate for a roofer than an electrical.

Recommendations

Like any software, it has to be implemented "top-down" to be most effective.

Follow Up Power has enabled my Company to easily track the valuable leads that come in and the different ways in which we recieve them. This program has helped make my Sales Team "ACCOUNTABLE" for their time and efforts in the lead process from the beginning to end. This Follow Up Power Program also allows me to have a complete daily, weekly, monthly or yearly snapshot of Leads, Completed Sales and Lead Closure % which in turn helps me forcast Future Sales. This program is very simple to learn and use and the trainings are very thorough. I have no doubt that the Follow Up Power Program has brought my Company to the "next level" in tracking and forcasting Completed Sales.

I HIGHLY recommend it.

The vendor did a two person training when i first started a Best Roofing, which was very informative. Later I had a one on one with another gentlemen from follow up and that set a couple of things I was doing wrong, right. The product itself is ingenious and wish I would have had it in the past.

The software is easy to use, and the training is worthwhile. It's a good tool for helping your salesforce keep track of their conversation content with clients (or potential clients), and their follow-up schedules. But the key is to USE it! Every time you have contact with the client, you need to go to their record and update it, then mark it for the appropriate follow-up. If used properly, your clients will not fall through the cracks and get forgotten.

Likes Least

Without training, it's easy to forget what dropdown choices you should choose to categorize various aspects of the sales process and its progress. If you could hover over some of them for definitions of when that choice would be the appropriate choice, that might help.

Recommendations

If you are not going to insist that your sales force use it for every contact with every client (or potential client), then you will not get effective results. It has to be used to be valuable. It's a great way to see the strengths and weaknesses of your sales people, which will make it easier for you to help them with training that you may not have realized they need.

Easy to use. Easy to train. My sales team likes it. It has organized our company and made everyone more accountable. The best feature is the Dashboard. We never miss a proposal date or lose a lead anymore since we purchased the program.

Likes Least

Nothing. They keep making improvements. The system just works. We have used their coaches to train our account managers on how to do a better job qualifying every opportunity and improved our closing ratio.

Recommendations

Keep it simple. We tried other CRM/Sales Automation tools, and they were too complicated. Salespeople need a daily dashboard with due dates on the next step in the selling process.

I have found I am able to follow up much better. Before this program, I was trying to record and update everything in excel and it was a nightmare. I love how I can track all my follow-up dates, previous emails, any communication and be reminded to follow-up, attend a meeting, and easily look at all my due dates. I feel much more successful with this program and it really does feel like it "saved" me from my follow-up nightmares before.

Pros

I really like how it break up all the dates like my meetings, estimates and proposals due and follow-ups for me so I can easily look at each section.

Cons

The searching can be a little difficult when there are multiple users because of the way each of us enters information.

CRM has improved efficiency in our business and has made it easy to find out where things are at and who is handling certain parts or tasks for projects. When we have run into issues with things or had questions about the software it has been fairly easy to get in contact with someone to help us navigate the software or make changes.

Pros

That to do list is a very nice feature for keeping projects organized. It also helps prioritize what projects need to be done first

Cons

It is frustrating that it does not auto save when you are in a file if you accidentally close out while making a comment or changing names on projects.

We were able to save time, and more easily support our customers.

Pros

It saved us time (and therefor money). Rather than following up with customers painstakingly one after the other, we were able to easily input contact information. We put a process in place that allowed us to interact with customers throughout their buying process, without having to manually remember when to reach out.

Cons

We had a small problem with setup at first. Customer Service addressed it. Aside from that, it was easy to use and we have no complaints.

I am able to easily track my leads. The lead shows up in the "red" color when I have something to do for that client whether it be to follow up with the client or I've set an appointment for the day it turns red.

Pros

I mostly like the fact that it reminds me when I have specific clients that need attention or are ready to be contacted again.

Cons

The thing I like least about this software is the fact that I can not link up to my google or outlook calendar so I didn't have to enter appts. twice

This CRM system already knows what you and your company need to make sales and can automatize your process of working with the customers by putting in the system all the necessary templates for customer management which significantly simplify the process of filling information that in turn saves lots of time. You can configure the notifications for certain clients not to forget to call them or send something. So this program convenient for salesmen the same as for their executives.

Cons

This campaign, unfortunately, has the only one price, and I think this is greatly wrong because it is always must be the different price for separate people and for companies and the range of possibilities obviously also must be different.

I have a clear vision of what I need to do each day for each client.

Pros

I appreciate the way it allows me to see what I have to do next with each client. It puts clients that have urgent needs at the top and highlights them in red when I need to do something for them.

Cons

I wish that when I set appointments in it, it would automatically sync up to my google calendar. I end up having to enter it in the follow up program and then go and manually type it in my google calendar with all of my other work & personal events.
