Cynergy Software is a help desk and customer relationship management (CRM) solution for both internal employee and external customer ticketing support. Key features include detailed ticketing, a knowledge base, calendars, asset management, comprehensive reporting and rules-based escalation engine notifications.

Cynergy is avaiable both via the cloud and as an on-premise solution. It specializes in small to midsize support teams of 3-25 agents that may be serving thousands of end users. Customers can submit tickets via email or an end-user portal. The end-user portal also includes historic data.

Cynergy also offers a project management module and a lead/opportunity management module. Ithas been used by organizations all over the world since 2002.
