Pipedrive takes the mental load off sales. Leads, deals, and tasks are all easy to create, merge, and change. As soon as you're done with one activity, it prompts you for another, so if you use it right, you'll never lose track of a sale or what stage of a sale you're in. Integrations with email and calendar services can really make it powerful, and portfolio estimation helps you get a sense of your expected revenue.

Cons

Truly, I can't think of many. The only con is that we *don't* use the paid version because it seems like it would be time-saving and reasonably affordable (the useful version costs about as much as Salesforce's basic, not so useful version).

I'm the owner of a small business and I spent a full month testing CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce, Copper/Prosperworks, Hubspot, Pipedrive). I was looking for something easy-to-use that I could easily implement with my employees without tons of training. So far Pipedrive has been amazing. Their customer support is better than almost any other company I work with. They're quick to respond and always know how to help.

Pros

Gmail sync, easy-to-use without much training, incredible customer support, tracking of people/companies with custom tags for organization, most things customize-able, very cost-effective

Cons

Nothing major, a few picky things like no auto-login, and when I add a person or organization, it's not possible to get all the fields I need in the quick-add pop-up.

We like Pipedrive a lot because it has a wide spectrum of different tools and instruments. There are all main contacts, prices for different services, sales progress and history of all activities. Streamlining funnel prospects. Making it easier to prioritize who to communicate with and what stage they're at. See, even after they're "closed" and have paid us, there are still months of work and optimization to be done for them, so we can always see what's going on. We never miss a beat with our funnel customers.

Pros

I love the left-to-right "pipeline" format. It makes it easy to track not only where a prospect is at, but how many prospects are at what stage. Makes it super easy to prioritize based on customer status and how many are in that status or stage. Instead of bumping around trying to figure out who is where, you can figure out in about 10 seconds where you're at for the day and prioritize prospects and tasks immediately. When I first started using it to sell funnels it made tracking SO MUCH EASIER.

Cons

There honestly isn't much I didn't like, and nothing that I can remember right now. It is simple an straightforward, and does exactly what you'd expect.

I have been a very happy customer, in contrast to my experience 3 years ago with Zoho.

Pros

First of all, let me start by saying I'm a big fan of CRM. As a bag carrying manager, I need a tool that can help me get work done, not require me to feed the monster at the end of a long day on the road. Pipedrive is that tool. One of my key criteria was to have a mobile app that automates a heavy activity base and all the rest of the competitors fell short (this was 2 years ago when I made the evaluation). Also, it might be notable that I have previous experience using NetSuite, Salesforce, Goldmine, Act, Siebel, Onyx, and Oracle, so I'm well versed.

Before choosing Pipedrive, I evaluated 11 different applications, including CXM, eSalesTrack, Insightly, NetSuite, Nutshell, PipelineDeals, Pipeliner, ProsperWorks, ReallySimpleSystems, Salesforce, and Zoho.

Pipedrive had a server error of some sort, and all of our data was deleted. They sent out a mass email to everyone about what had occurred, and that they were working on trying to recover it. But not once did we receive a phone call, get a response to a phone call or anything. We were lost for weeks, and it just didn't seem like the people at Pipedrive cared how much it affected our ability to conduct business. We had to move to a new CRM system. As CEO I just can't afford to have my team in that position.

Pros

Ease of use is definitely #1. Pipedrive was insanely easy to use for my team, which was very small at the time. I also enjoyed the multiple pipelines which allowed us to take advantage of the various ways we sell products.

Cons

The customer service is by far the worst feature. You can read more about my experience below.
