Pipedrive has a clean fresh and easy to use interface. There are plenty of tools and they do a good job if integrating new features and understanding customer needs. Support is excellent and the newsletters have lots of great training and advice.

Cons

Its hard to point to any real flaw or con. Pipedrive is heavily sales focused, which for our Companies use, was a little less useful, we used it more as a project tracking software, so it wasn't a perfect fit, but that is more our own con that any reflection of the software.

Being a Frequent user of CRM such as Salesforce, Asana and Hubspot to name a few, Pipedrive is the one custom-made for small teams and to drive sales ahead than others. Stratagies are made more efficient and outcomes are positive. convenient to use and manoeuverable to pass through steps.

Cons

It forces user to avoid e-mail, communication and messages as an anti-avoidance to push through steps. It can be less Stubborn.

• Workflow automation (Move a deal and an activity is added, whenever we make a new contact a new deal can be added, etc.) – Super Useful!
• Can send emails directly through platform and they show up in Gmail
• Does not intergrade directly with Intercom only through Zappier.
• Can link with Gmail calendar
• Analytics – With deals won (by month, day, year etc), value of deals won, average per deal, average time until a deal is won, look further and you can see what products make up those deals won (term, perm, CI etc),
• Deals lost – by stages, by stages over time, by reasons, by reasons over time (you can narrow what stage you are struggling in).
• Won vs lost – rate of % on conversion to the next stage, conversion for the first stage, lost from this stage, conversion to won (win/loss ratio). Track the % chance of moving the deal to one stage to the next.
• Forecasting revenue – Current revenue, future deals to be won, can update the close dates from month to month, see what has been won, view the stages on the open deals and adjust the closing month (status bar showing its stage), set delivery date option (ie you put the deal in won when it goes to underwriting and the sits there for a period of time (3 weeks) to get a precise date when the revenue is received).

Pipedrive's entry-level version is capable, serviceable and relatively straightforward to master. It does require some dedicated time to set up and to connect to other, existing programs already in use such as MS Outlook, MS Contacts and/or Gmail. I recommend it, but I know that our team has found some aspects wanting for our needs, in terms of reporting, scheduling and knowledge sharing.

Pros

Enables the team and its leadership to enter, edit, review, export and monitor sales prospects and funnel.
Provides good, short and easily understood tutorials so that team members can support themselves.
Provides good connectivity with other programs that can be used to extend the use of customer pursuit data.

Cons

Not really conceived or designed for professional services companies, which have multiple services and different types of deliverables that can be discussed, proposed and sold in tandem or asynchronously. For example, it does not really seem to offer some of the interim options that can be necessary with one or more customer purchasing (or other types of Go/No-Go) decisions are postponed, scheduled for the future or otherwise associated with a soft decision deadline.
Not as intuitive as could be expected for executives implementing sales management software for the first time.
Needs to be used with care by Professional Service firms, to tweak functions so as to accommodate client and [non-sales] staff behaviors.

A solid CRM that allows you to schedule tasks, upload files, and track sales through the whole process. There is a lot of customization you can add and their search feature is better than most (including salesforce).

Cons

I think the reporting lacks a little strength compared to other CRM such as salesforce. While you can do most recordings, I don't feel you get all the options in the most clean format. You can input any data you wish, it just not as clean as it could be.

This is a good software for the money and is great for managing a smaller number of sales leads.

Pros

Pipedrive makes it easy to manage leads and their progress in the sales cycle. We have been using this for many years and don't plan to change to another system.

We can't monitor all communications within Pipedrive. We actually use MailChimp to send out mass emails and to track email engagement metrics.

Pros

Pipedrive is easy to use and much more intuitive (and less robust) than Salesforce. If you have a startup or company with less than 10 sales people this will serve as a much better CRM. It also integrates with Zapier so you can tie it into all of your other SAAS platforms.

Cons

When something doesn't look right it's really difficult to get their Customer Service team to help, they're super responsive but can't actually access your account (for stupid GDPR reasons of their own making) so diagnosing the problem is painful and time consuming.

Web-based, price is right, integrations are good and simple to use.

Cons

Seems to have conflicts with mail controls. From Chrome to gmail integrations and desktop are conflicting we've not been able to figure out. WordPress plugins for connections to fields via GravityForms can become complicated but once you get the hang of it they work well. Some overlap for activities and calendar if you are already married to others.

Has all the features you need in a CRM and requires very few information in order to start a lead.

They have the drag and drop functionality for moving a Lead along the pipeline. The email feature is very nice, just click on the link and open a window to send your e-mail to the lead. The e-mail will automatically be attached to the Lead.

You can customize your fields and have them be presented or not to you when creating a new lead.

SInce each information is a separate entity, the app connetcs people to leads, so if you open a person file you will be able to see all leads related to that person.

Cons

The information layout is still convoluted, there is too much information displayed on a Lead main screen. You have to spend some time looking for the info you need.

After creating a lead, it is not very straight forward to just add more information to the lead. Because all data and fields are structured fields, you have to click a few times in order to find the correct place to add the info (new contact, new phone, new e-mail etc.).

I prefer CRM systems that are more open to gathering text and do not require you to add every type of info in their own field.

Pipedrive activity tab is the best area where everything can be carried out with just few clicks. Creating a deal and adding contacts to it just take only few minutes. The inbuilt contact fetching system is available with the gold plan which I am going to purchase sooner. It integrates with my email client very easily and I send emails only through Pipedrive. It sends an email to the associated email address each time when there is an upcoming activity. Pricing is very affordable after the 14 day free trial.

Cons

I couldn't yet set up the feature to view incoming messages inside the CRM. If this feature can be implemented, I could easily set up auto response feature as well. But I can't do it after trying for several times and I contacted support and their solution didn't help me also.

I use Pipedrive daily for last 3 years. I used several CRM softwares but couldn't feel so much ease when I am suing Pipedrive. Everything is simple in this CRM. The feature to integrate with any email service provider makes sending emails as easy as a mouse click.

Cons

Sometimes Pipedrive doesn't load properly and it takes more than 15 minutes to recover once the issue occurs. The iphone app doesn't have even half of the features that of the web version.

I like PipeDrive’s minimalistic design – it’s refreshing and adds to the impression that it’s easy to pick-up which is something I need; shortlisting suitable CRMs for our team has been a daunting task enough and an intuitive and easy UI definitely scores points with me. Pipedrive is straightforward with less customization menus and options (it’s a positive for me).
Some features I highlight:
The Statistics tab with the live dashboard and filters rocks (team performance, summary of activities and value of deals).
It avoids double bookings by adding existing appointments to the calendar
When viewing a deal you can see at a glance any activities and timelines associated with it
You can designate colours and symbols to visualize info
Email templates and signatures. Email sync between email inbox and the Pipedrive CRM allowing you to access all emails related to a contact via the CRM entry.

Cons

The separation between leads and contacts is not seamless as it tends to turn a person associated with a deal into a new contact, whereas not every lead is a potential customer. There’s a way to add a field to the contact form for leads. It’s a reasonably priced CRM with a beautiful UI. I just need a CRM that would bring all aspects of the business under one umbrella; I find Pipedrive to focus brilliantly on the sales pipeline.

Using this to handle many sales product among market. Very useful and really like this software.

Pros

Really impressed with user interfaces in Pipedrive.
New feature automation in very useful. You don't need to manually do everything because of that reason.
You can integrate your email with Pipedrive and you will get everything in notifications.

Cons

There is nothing report at this moment. I really like this product.

It's a simple but effective tool to visualize what's going on in your organization

Cons

It is a bit limited in terms of functionalities as it is mainly focused on tracking leads. Other tools are more complete both in terms of features and external integrations

An easy way to track your opportunities/pipeline across stages (customizable). Decent reporting features as well. A good set of connectors (integrations) that enhance the overall value by integrating with other products upstream and downstream. Ideal for medium-sized teams.

Cons

Not many cons. But a good addition could be a rules engine to automate certain manual tasks.

It’s really important to me as a small business owner to find tools that are effective in every way—cost, time, productivity. I’m glad to say this is one piece of software that has been a big support to me in the important process of organizing my sales.

Pros

Pipedrive has a really no-hassle set up. It’s easy to get organized quick and get others quickly acquainted with the interface.

Cons

The price point is a little high especially considering the limitation of certain customizations. As a small business, especially one without a set stock, this is important to me.
