Excellent product that meets my needs as a physician. There isn't a complicated interface so it is user friendly for me and the rest of the staff.
It tends to crash frequently, and it may take time to work again. Sometimes it is frozen and the information gets lost.
Use every single option available and be throrough.

Training program is lacking and could be better, but they just need more reps so they can do face to face training.
Keep an open mind, use it for a few weeks before you make a decision to keep it or not, or to work out the bugs.

This product is designed perfectly for physician relations. I was a little skeptical when my client said they were moving forward with the Marketware CRM because they aren't a typical CRM, but it has everything that we have needed in developing reps and a strong program. With other clients, we have used other CRMs, but to get those CRMs to fill the needs of a hospital, we have had to do a lot of customizing and working with other vendors to get the program to do what we need it to do. Marketware has had almost all of what we need and has worked out well for us so far.
There is a little learning curve to effectively use the program, and some of the reports are a little slow but once you know what you are doing, it works well.
To avoid a longer than necessary learning curve, become well-trained during implementation.
