Powerful but somewhat cumbersome
The overall experience to administer and run surveys though, is somewhat cumbersome and the backend is not intuitive even for powerusers.
Pros
If you have used surveying software before and have an idea of certain concepts of list building and maintaining surveys it definitely helps.
Cons
There is no up to date documentation on the structure of templates, scss, layoutfiles etc. Since there is a lot of them and smarty is a powerful scripting language this is a pity.

Beware. Questback practices "dark-patterns" of auto-renewals
Horrendous customer service. No one answers phone. Outrageous terms.
Pros
Nice survey workflow. Easy. Automated reports.
Cons
We have not been able to get out of the expensive contract for this software that we do not use. We are trapped.
