Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • SuiteCRM is based on SugarCRM. It has a lot of features (leads, opportunities, target lists, email templates, campaigns, web-to-lead form creation, etc). The new UI looks great.

  • I like that the open source version has tons of functionalities from contact managment, to project managment, including billing. It has a fresh new good looking interface.

  • Cons

  • The email module is its weak spot and the UI could be improved - although it has come a long way over the past few years.

  • I’m working with SuiteCRM since 3 month. So, I did not found any special type of cons with SuiteCRM Customization, Integration & Migration. Sometime have Implementation code error.

  • Pros

  • The interface and side menus are great and the easy of use.

  • Love the accuracy and efficiency of this software. Makes my everyday work flow so much easier and more efficient.

  • Cons

  • The navigation within the internal system can initially be a bit difficult (i.e. the naming of the tabs are not always clear), but once you know where to click, it's not too bad.

  • Background workflow good but still not as flexible as others, Salesforce service cloud for example.
