Voiptime Cloud is a sales automation software that helps users capture leads through website forms. The tool is divided into four modules: Lead Management Cloud, VoIP Sales Dialer, VoIP Power Dialer and VoIP Call Center.

Lead Management Cloud is designed for small and midsize businesses. It includes customer relationship management and a built-in dialer, which helps users reach out to prospects. Other features include a Web Real-Time Communication phone, a click-to-call dialer and call detail records.

VoIP Sales Dialer acts as a dialing platform for sales teams and helps manage inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups and reporting.

VoIP PowerDialer is a telemarketing system, which is suitable for marketing and sales departments. VoIP Call Center assists in automating communications processes, connecting with prospects and building customer relationships.

Saving time and money

Pros

Long time I was searching for the software which will allow me to do calls to any spot on the planet without additional issues and desktop installations and be used as the CRM system at the same time. During my 5 years experience in telemarketing, I tried many different dialers, but the most special thing about this one is - super user-friendly interface. Everything is just so intuitive.
Once you registered, you can start dial immediately, what can be easier? And of course, I must admit cheapest call rates I ever found. Very happy with Power Dialer which saved a lot of time for me and my team. Customer support is on the highest level, always responded very quickly.

Cons

Nothing, this is simply the best software I ever used in this field. Keep up the good job, looking forward to new releases.

I like how well everything is organized and my team can efficiently make calls and send emails. It provides me with complete real-time visibility, right in my CRM. In addition, my sales reps love using local presence to get more people on the phone. Thanks to this feature, 80% of our phone calls are picked up and this helped to increase connection rate.

Cons

Really can't think of anything right now. However, analytics leave a bit to be desired and are more inflexible than I'd like.

VoiptimeCloud has helped us to become better organized and procedural about our business development and sales. It automates the work of our sales reps and they now can focus on working with leads and developing opportunities, not on data entry.
The speed and flexibility of the tool are impressive - finding contacts, creating views, calling directly from client's card, and updating information has become much faster and effective.
The user interface is well designed and friendly.

Cons

I dislike nothing. However, it would be good to be able to make internal calls between managers for solving some urgent issues.

I think they have covered all basic lead management features. Of course, there's always room for improvement in integration with mass emailing software.

As I communicate and negotiate with existing and potential clients I desperately need to have a reliable LMS. It much easier now to organize all client data in one place. With the help of their included telephony I just call right away from the system. For further nurturing and identifying in more details client's needs, I can set meetings and callbacks in the calendar and get reminders in the system as well as in my email (especially useful when I am away from the office). It is so useful to take notes directly in the client's card even if I am still on the call.

Cons

While using it for half of the year, I have been completely satisfied. The only thing which I would love to see is detailed sales analytics.

I was in a team that had to chooser and test CRM for our company. Our choice felt on VoiptimeCloud. This software is really great solution for companies that doesn't have an IT department. it is really easy to directly start using it, as it is cloud-based. Besides, they quite frequently release new tools and functions. After testing it, should admit that I haven't found any bags or incorrect working tools.

Cons

As I know, our sales department has used it for near 2 months and, so far, is completely satisfied. The only one thing, that our team would like to see, is open API to be able to integrate it with our apps.
