TapMango is a cloud-based customer loyalty management solution designed to help businesses of all size run and incentivize their loyalty programs. The solution caters to a variety of industries including automotive, hospitality, apparel, entertainment and health care.

Campaigns built using TapMango are customizable and can be shared with the customers via mobile push notifications, SMS and emails. Marketers and promoters can customize campaigns and configure the information required from customers during sign-up. In addition, users can apply rules to their loyalty programs. Offers and coupons are then automatically validated when a customer redeems them.

TapMango enables businesses to monitor reviews posted by their customers on online platforms like Google and Yelp. The solution can also integrate with social media platforms to allow customers to share loyalty program updates on Facebook.

TapMango is available on a monthly subscription basis. Support is offered via phone, email and live chat.

Always great customer service, Gavin has been a incredible account manager. I highly recommend him.

Pros

What I enjoy most about Tapmango is that anytime I have a issue or need something custom done for my system, it get done! I’m super happy about how I asked about setting up a rebate program and they had it developed within a month.

Cons

Sometimes the tablets they provide crashe, although never been a huge issue for us.

Pros

I really like their mass SMS feature. A lot of people check their phones more than they do their emails, so having this feature is really beneficial. They have great customer service should you need it, but it’s pretty easy to use

TapMango has helped us maintain our loyalty program with different types of promotions. We really enjoy the easy to use interface and great customer service

Pros

We use TapMango as our loyalty program because out current CRM does not have one with a lot of features. Our clients found it pretty easy to use, which is great! The support staff is always really helpful when we have any questions

Cons

I wish I could integrate this into my current CRM, but I think that's more of an issue on my CRM's side than TapMango. I really have no complaints

Worth the investment to have a great rewards program. Love sending out text to customers of new sales. Sends out birthday coupons and incentives if customer has not been in store for a period of time.

Cons

Wish I could incorporate within my POS so everything is tracked there and not thru 2 separate systems.

When choosing something important as a loyalty app. We'd scoured the internet and tech conferences. From day one of using TapMango we knew the possibilities. In the rare chance customer service was needed. There was an agent a couch or call away.

Pros

For me and my wife it came down to ease of use. We'd researched some of the others, even had the chance to test run others in Dallas. But we kept going back to Tap.

Cons

I'm not saying that I'm right. Or this is a justified con but I wish the interface was a bit cleaner. Form and function is great. But I'd like to see a more stylized approach.

You really can't go wrong, this seems to be one of the better options out there, and it's going to keep your customers coming back time and time again.

Pros

Compared to Fivestars this software is similar, but does seem to offer a bit more for a bit less per month.

Cons

In general services like this in my opinion seem to be overpriced for what they are, however it is what it is, and this service seems to get you the best bang for your buck.

Tapmango, has revolutionized the management of clients in my workplace and reasons have ample:

- Creation of customer loyalty program through promotions, new products, new shipments and nationwide distribution form.

- Develops a detailed program based on the customer experience with our GLI products and new investors.

- It is quite customizable, creating a more efficient categorization of our clients.

Cons

I thought that at the time of making the initial configuration of the software, it was a bit tedious and we took too long, however, that we have been solving progressively while we familiarize ourselves with the software

The product itself has a lot to offer and with the right rep that fully goes over it with you and helps you understand it you can really see the program shine.

Cons

I currently cant get the app on IOS but it does have a lot do to with the industry I am in and its a tough hurtle to clear,but this is nothing new to me being the nature of my business and apples view on it (Vape products)

Find a person that you are comfortable talking to (rep wise) and stick with them to fully get an idea of what the program can offer

The software is very easy to use. I love the happy hour feature where customers can purchase items on sale for a specified amount of time. Leverages social media and texting to create connections with customers which is so important in this day and age.

Cons

The monthly cost is a little high for a small business so we are trying to determine if the benefits in sales outweigh the costs.

Electronic tracking of referrals and points per visit

Pros

Easy to use and tracks everything for us. CSR's have made the set-up and upkeep very simple. He also follows up every month to see where we are at which makes us feel that they really are about our growth! People love the service and it definitely automated our very backward system of tracking referrals. Highly recommend them!

Cons

Price - since we plan to use this for all locations and they share one database, I think the rate should be so much lower given that what it does is constant and pretty basic.

Pros

So far it appears to be easy to learn and use. It save me money because I was subscribed with Aweber for email messaging and after discovering TapMango I no longer have the need for Aweber.
Aweber offers like service, but it extremely complicated to operate and use and it take extremely much more time to compose ads and email messages

So far I like everything...I have no opposing issues at this time; all is well, professional and operative

It's just an easy program to use for emails, promos, text blasts and campaigns. Customer service is outstanding!

Pros

I love how easy it is to use the campaigns for email and text blasts. I also love how responsive tech support is.

Cons

I don't know all the aspects of it, and I don't have time to learn, so I feel like I miss out on some of the features it has. This is not their fault at all! I just feel it is expensive if you don't use all the features.
