Pros/Cons

Pros
The customization is great. I love love love this product. We’ve made forms that are for return requests and some that people can place orders from. It’s an incredible product.
A lot of features, very easy to use most of them.

Cons
Limits on number of forms completed before you end up having to pay. It can also be a bit cumbersome to compile a long/detailed form, but the pre-made pieces make it go together well.
I don't like how it sometimes looks dated but that is not a deal breaker. Also some of the better features do require payment or sometimes they stop working causing customer service.

I love the ease of the software it’s easy to learn and to teach. We never have issues and our company is big fans of it

Cons
Some of the bots can be a bit buggy at first, but after some edits, the process can be smoothed out after a code review.
- As in other tools OCR and its applications are limited and few effective -Templates are useful but little applicable due to the diversity of utility
