Pros/Cons

Pros
Like all of the capabilities especially the ability to dial in and use the system from outside the office.
Fits our needs and is easily programmable to provide us with what we want. Customer service is easy to work with and you are talking to the same people who get to know you.

Cons
Distribution One is a solid software platform for a distribution business model where you buy and sell a finished product.
It can be difficult to make accounting adjustments (ie. removing a credit from AP once refunded without many convoluted steps).

Pros
Great interface and a very intuitive organization of features. Things seem to make a lot of sense to new people we train.
Very easy to use. Super intuitive. I recommend it to small businesses.

Cons
I wish their reports were a little more customizable on our end. We are used to QB reports which are easily customized to our need with filters, etc. They do offer custom reports, but for a fee.
Overall, all good. But, plugins could be a bit more affordable to purchase.
