Pros/Cons

Pros
easy to use, easy to navigate, user friendly. It makes keeping track of the product in the warehouse 100 times easier than it would be without it.
Once everything is setup the metrics are a great tool. The software never goes down and the customer service is probably the best I've experienced.

Cons
It would be nice if there was a simpler way to add new columns and functionality, but overall, this is a minor complaint.
some reports are hard to read and don't always export to excel how I would like to see them.

Pros
Product is very easy to navigate and extremely efficient. I have and will continue to recommend it!
I love this software, everything about it. It is so easy and efficient to use and it is not complex at all.

Cons
The interface is often confusing, because of the variety of commands, however several friends use it and share experiences with me.
The search engine was changed and now it doesn't work as it used to. Overall is a very good app for the money.
