Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to build out and configure without a lot of outside support

  • Ease of use. Software tracks incidents and all associated items for them as well as training. Spark lines give immediate snapshot of what is going on.

  • Cons

  • It is not always as customizable as we would like. However with that being said we have not had to work hard to find a work around.

  • There is very little that I do not like, it would be great if it were in Spanish and the free trial should last more than a month

  • Pros

  • All of its wonderful capabilities and the program is very easy to use.

  • It's a user friendly and quick software where waiting time (processing) is negligible.

  • Cons

  • Our team is eager to use Gensuite tools, though the only con is that you have to pay by application.

  • What I like least about Gensuite is that there are too many options to get to the same destination. This is an issue with managing a global team everyone has a different way of using Gensuite
