Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to build out and configure without a lot of outside support

  • Ease of use. Software tracks incidents and all associated items for them as well as training. Spark lines give immediate snapshot of what is going on.

  • Cons

  • It is not always as customizable as we would like. However with that being said we have not had to work hard to find a work around.

  • There is very little that I do not like, it would be great if it were in Spanish and the free trial should last more than a month

  • Pros

  • I like the functionality of this software. It is easy to use.

  • The product was easier to use for our guys in the field than I thought it would be. It's modern and the younger guys think it's great. We have some older guys using it as well with some success

  • Cons

  • A few bugs on certain phones but they are always open to feedback and update things right away

  • The forms are easy to create and customize but I wish the look of the forms could be altered.
