Very configurable and stable platform. Customer support is awesome.
Great software. Once implemented, ease to use and customize. Unending resources for any questions or potential customization you may have.

Cons
Awaiting enhancement releases Cority answers issues quickly, Cons are infrequent and resolved quickly
It can be over whelming when you are thrown into it at first but over time you start to understand the ingenuity in the software design.

User friendly, affordable, reliable customer service. This software makes safety more approachable and easier from both a management and worker perspective!
Accountability--I can see in real time how our team is performing in terms of meeting our high OHS standards.

Cons
Web based app does not view great on mobile device screens
As an early adopter we had a few glitches early on, however those have been resolved and it works smoothly now.
