Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of use and dashboard. Love this product. Very easy to tag documents and send. Clients love it as well

  • Why not go digital. Makes life so much easier for all involved in a sales process.

  • Cons

  • some of our clients found it a little difficult to open in the computers. not to many cons it has been helpful

  • I'd like to see this product integrate better with SharePoint and accounting software. It works OK but needs improvement.

  • Pros

  • It's SOOOO easy to set up and use. Also it integrates easily with our CRM Ontraport via Zapier. I was able to customize the templates and look and feel really nicely. The pricing is AWESOME!

  • They're very easy to use and register with. I like the templates and interface- everything is quite streamlined. I also think the pricing is much better than competitors.

  • Cons

  • I have found very few cons with sign request really but have noticed that free users have limited access to their past signed documents so must opt for a third party to store documents or upgrade.

  • There are some more "nice to have" features that could be added, but I expect as time goes on those features will eventually be put in place.
