Pros/Cons

Pros
I really like the fact that it has many features and it is fast and good
This app is very easy to use. It's very easy to find events and save them by clicking on the heart. I also like how the app saves your tickets.

Cons
The one con I came across is that we couldn't find a way to request donations for a free ticket. Or a way to purchase a ticket for an entire family? But other than that we still love the software!
Sometimes the software can run a little slow on the website, but overall it is a good program to use.

Pros
great price, allows me to keep most everything in one place. I love the itinerary portion of the site my clients and vendors do too.
I like the ease of use, it is dummy proof. I like that my other professionals and cliens can also use it for certain events and I love the built in floor plan.

Cons
They should create an app for smartphones or at least a more user friendly mobile website. Just a tad pricey compared to other options.
Would love to be able to have tools for event design. The floor plan tool isn't the easiest to work with.
