Pros/Cons

Pros
Easy to use and easy to train new employees on. Love customer care agent , he makes having tech issues a non issue. Fast and very nice !!!
Staff and support is superb and top notch! Easy to talk to and will have an answer for you very quickly

Cons
No cons that they aren't right on top of when brought up. Like any software, they have some bugs from time to time, but those get worked out very quickly and mostly go unnoticed.
Mobil side has a few bugs from time to time but never had an issue the FE staff wasn't willing to help with/resolve in a more than timely manor.

Pros
The product is easy to use! I like the messages that it sends the customers. The scheduling is amazing. Just an amazing product.
This program is very easy to use and within house all has got to be the best I have ever seen

Cons
Although it is a very user-friendly system, I did have to separate my quickbooks from the server as it didn't merge as well as was originally thought.
When you refer other pros if they stay on the free trial till it runs out they wont give you the referral bonus
