Fast Lean Smart (FLS) VISITOUR is a field service solution offering scheduling and dispatch, as well as work order management. It is best suited for larger businesses across a variety of industries.
FLS VISITOUR’s core capability is real-time schedule and route optimisation. Users can agree to appointment proposals based on a customers’ availability, service level agreement (SLA) and cost. FLS completes route calculations and arrival times using driving speeds based on traffic.
FLS VISITOUR features optional dispatching to FLS MOBILE or a company’s existing mobile app. Status updates and GPS are used in combination with a live traffic feed to plot progress. The system can be set to optimise routes automatically according to user-defined rules, or to send the user alerts that routes should be adjusted manually.
Available modules include an online booking portal for customers, automatic appointment reminders for customers and arrival time alerts.

We had been using FLS for only a month across our business, before we were able to quantify deliverable exceptional benefits. This allows less time for travelling and more time spent in Customer's homes helping them after a property insurance claim.
