Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, reasonably priced and great customer support.

  • Super user friendly, easy to set up and use. The phone app worked great and gave me most of the functionality of the desktop version.

  • Cons

  • Price for pro package could be a little cheaper, but I wouldn't call it "over priced".

  • Some of the credits/syncing can be difficult, however, they are constantly working on improvements and updates.

  • Pros

  • The product is easy to use! I like the messages that it sends the customers. The scheduling is amazing. Just an amazing product.

  • This program is very easy to use and within house all has got to be the best I have ever seen

  • Cons

  • Although it is a very user-friendly system, I did have to separate my quickbooks from the server as it didn't merge as well as was originally thought.

  • When you refer other pros if they stay on the free trial till it runs out they wont give you the referral bonus
