About Infor CloudSuite Field Service

Infor CloudSuite Field Service is an on-premise service management solution designed for the small and midsize industries such as construction, distribution, property management, utilities and more.

The Infor contact center helps in providing real-time information to the front line agents about the service requests generated. Agents can prioritize requests on time and escalate the request to their superiors in case there is any issue.

The solution helps in managing the work orders by defining the workflows and sending automatic alerts to the concerned department at the time when there is any discrepancy.

The asset management feature helps in scheduling the routine inspections of the assets in order to ensure there is no unexpected non-availability of the asset.

The solution also assists in managing the service contract by maintaining the data of service history, warranty of the contract, level of inspection done and more. It provides support to customers via phone and email.

Most functional software we have ever used.

Pros

Handles every division of our company. We used to rely on excel and QuickBooks... now we have one system that does NOT break when QB decides to upgrade and not tell us... we used to call and be put on hold for hours trying to figure out what happened. Today if we call Infor their response time is just shocking. Best decision we ever made was to buy this product! Definitely recommend it!!

Cons

Once I find something I will write about it. Today, we are just pleased as all get out! The rental portion along with the service portion are saving us so much time and we are organized!! I'm sure I will find something we don't like at some point, just not yet. We went live six months ago so we are still learning new things.

The first Review Got it right

Infor and Quadkor way over promised and didn't relieved as it was sold.

Pros

Can be a powerful tool. The support team is good and will follow up quickly with you however you have to pay for that support team.

Cons

It is very complicated the accounting software is horrible. We spent tons of money getting this software up and going and still have to spent a ton of money to keep it going. I would not recommend this software to anyone as it will become a HUGE time drain.

PS There is a ton of bugs! When you find them they will have all kinds of excuses on what it happened. Then will thank you for finding it and then send you a patch. The last bug costin credits that were not supposed to be credited. Yah that stinks for us.

INFOR Service Management Software Disaster

Pros

The software had some very powerful features such as rental, price assignments and costing.

Cons

ISM will not work with third party accounting software. The accounting portion of the software is so labor intensive that no small company could possibly make it work. Of course, this was not discussed during the evaluation demos and we found this out late in the implementation.

The software is LOADED with bugs and INFOR loves charging people to resolve them. They also have a learning website that's totally useless. They charge insane fees to view training videos or documents.

The system is non intuitive and requires a massive amount of training and implementation. After nearly a full year of training, we were not able to complete a single transaction. The vender misrepresented the product and farmed out the training to a third party who promised the world and delivered nothing.
