Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • - ease to use; - low price; - wonderful support team.

  • Speed, reliability, support, flexibility, customization, training and the fact they care enough to be very responsive to their Customers needs while they help that Customer support their own Clients.

  • Cons

  • There are many layers to the features, but you get use to that. Anxious for the customizable end user portal to be released.

  • I have not found anything I do not like about this software yet. I look forward to additional reporting features.

  • Pros

  • It's really easy to use and with a great price.

  • This software is very easy to use. The new format released looks nice and handles our support needs in a very seamless manner.

  • Cons

  • Initially, UI was confusing. Gets a little time for initial setup. Once the setup is done, it becomes easy to use.

  • With the simplicity of Zoho Desk came a lack of more advanced tools. Otherwise, no complaints.
