Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the ease of use and the training they provide. I like that they have videos we can watch over and over again to learn their system.

  • I love how easy it is to use. It has all the functionality we need; we've never had any issues. From office staff to clinicians, we love this software!

  • Cons

  • The ever changing Conditions of Participation make it difficult to master the software because it is changing so often.

  • Nothing. I wish that a rep could sit in our office all the time!

  • Pros

  • The customer service is great. Any time I call they respond very fast to my call

  • Documentation is quick and easy to use. Really like the way it flows as in head to toe assessments. Pain is always required to be assessed.

  • Cons

  • The price is a bit high for smaller providers but you get what you pay for. The investment is high but over the long haul it pays for itself.

  • has a few little loopholes that make using the product more difficult. ,Not super responsive to customer issues although onsite help is available at a charge
